Your information is securely stored within Flo desk, a professional practice management system.  Access is restricted to authorized staff only.

Sharing Your Information

We may share relevant information only, when necessary, for example:

• Referral to another specialist
• Laboratory testing
• Compliance with legal or regulatory requirements
• With your direct consent

Photos, Videos, Clinical Records

Any images taken (e.g., X-rays, images, gait videos) form part of your dogs clinical record.  With your consent, some non-identifying images may be used for education or case discussions.

When you use our website or online booking form, basic analytics maybe collected to improve the user experience. No personal data is shared with third parties for marketing unless you opt-in.
