Solving pet’s flea (externally) problem begins with:
1.Diet
2.Treating the environment with its own. There are other thoughts, find what works for you.

Diet

Diet plays a large part in flea-proofing your pet. Feed high quality all-natural food and add BioAktiv Formula 1 and 2 to your pet’s diet.

Environment

Treat inside surroundings of your home Borate crystals Fleago borate crystals Pyrerthrum powder.

Borate crystals are our environmental treatment of choice due to their safety, ease of use and effectiveness. For many households, this is all the flea control needed if used early in the season. The fine borate powder is sprinkled into carpeting, flooring and upholstery where it is virtually undetectable. There it kills larvae and eggs by a mechanical process of abrasion and dehydration. Unlike conventional poisons, fleas cannot become immune to the effects. One treatment is guaranteed to kill fleas for an entire year. Fleago borate crystals are not toxic to people, pets or plants. After applying, allow two to three weeks for fleas to disappear.

Pyrethrum powder derived from flower petals can be used on floors and carpets as well as on animals and can sometimes be found in gardening stores. Sprinkle lightly in the house and in your vacuum bag to kill hatching larvae.

Fleas HATE Stash Earl Grey. Tear open a few bags, scatter the tea about on your carpet and vacuum up in a few days. For flea control, add a little vinegar to your pet’s drinking water to fight fleas and mange. For flea control add ½ teaspoon to the wash water or a few drops to the pets shampoo. Suspend a light bulb over a pan of oil or soapy water to attract and drown fleas during the night.

Rosemary: Grind rosemary leaves into a fine dusty powder and sprinkle on the places your dog sleeps and plays as a way to repel fleas. You may also create a rosemary flea dip by steeping two cups of fresh rosemary in boiling water for 30 minutes. Strain the liquid and remove the leaves. Transfer the liquid to a bucket and add one gallon of warm water. Allow the water to reach a lukewarm temperature. Soak your dog in the remedy by pouring over their coat. Let your pooch dry naturally – preferably in the warmth of the sun. Rosemary also possesses anti-inflammatory properties that also stimulate the growth of hair loss from frequent scratching and biting of fleas.

Suggested scents include eucalyptus, cedar wood, tea tree, citronella, lavender or geranium. Spread oils across the webbing, rope collar or a bandana to keep fleas at a distance. Plant the herb called tansy around your pet’s most frequented places in the exterior of your home and backyard to repel fleas.
